{"id":26555,"date":"2021-12-20T09:05:58","date_gmt":"2021-12-20T09:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irishfoodanddrink.com\/?page_id=26555"},"modified":"2021-12-20T14:00:26","modified_gmt":"2021-12-20T14:00:26","slug":"world-steak-awards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.irishfoodanddrink.com\/de\/world-steak-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"World Steak Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Irland holt Rekordzahl von 46\u00a0Goldmedaillen auf der World Steak Challenge 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am 10.\u00a0November 2021 holte Irland auf der World Steak Challenge beeindruckende 46\u00a0Goldmedaillen \u2013 so viel wie nie zuvor ein Land in der sechsj\u00e4hrigen Geschichte des Wettbewerbs.<\/p>\n<p>Die irischen Fleischlieferanten ABP Cahir, Dawn Meats und Kepak und Einzelh\u00e4ndler wie Lidl Ireland und SuperValu geh\u00f6rten zu den strahlenden Siegern des j\u00e4hrlich stattfindenden Wettbewerbs, der im FIRE Steakhouse &amp; Bar in Dublin ausgetragen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Ebenfalls erfolgreich waren die irischen Fleischexporteure Ashbourne Meat und Liffey Meats sowie Higgins Butchers, James Whelan Butchers, FX Buckley und Martin Jennings.<\/p>\n<p>Die Blindbewertung erfolgte durch eine internationale Jury von mehr als 50\u00a0unabh\u00e4ngigen Experten, darunter Fleischwissenschaftler, Metzgermeister, Grillmeister und auf Steaks spezialisierte K\u00f6che. Jedes Steak wurde anhand international vereinbarter fachlicher Kriterien sowohl roh als auch gegart bewertet.<\/p>\n<p>Alle 46\u00a0mit einer Goldmedaille ausgezeichneten Rindfleischst\u00fccke basierten auf einer fast ausschlie\u00dflich aus Gras-basierten Ern\u00e4hrung \u2013 in Irland bekannt als \u201eGrass-Fed\u201c, wobei das Sirloin-Steak mit 19\u00a0Goldmedaillen am besten abschnitt.<\/p>\n<p>Unter den Rinderrassen f\u00fcr die irischen Steaks erfreute sich das Irish Angus Cross der gr\u00f6\u00dften Beliebtheit, gefolgt von Hereford und Aberdeen Angus.
