Das entspricht einem Wachstum von 6\u00a0% gegen\u00fcber 2020 und weicht von der Entwicklung ab, die andernorts in Europa zu beobachten war, wo die Produktion \u00fcber das Jahr betrachtet unver\u00e4ndert blieb oder sogar zur\u00fcckging. Dies war zum Beispiel bei wichtigen Exporteuren wie Frankreich, Deutschland und den Niederlanden der Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Das Exportvolumen von Molkereiprodukten erreichte im dritten Jahr hintereinander einen Wert von \u00fcber 5 Milliarden Euro: Insgesamt wurden 1,6 Millionen Tonnen in 147 M\u00e4rkte geliefert. Zum ersten Mal \u00fcberstiegen die Ausfuhren in L\u00e4nder au\u00dferhalb Gro\u00dfbritanniens und der EU nach Wert 50\u00a0% aller Exporte.<\/p>\n<p>Ebenfalls zum ersten Mal lag der Wert der Ausfuhren von Butter und K\u00e4se im gleichen Jahr jeweils \u00fcber 1 Milliarde Euro. Europa war der Hauptimpulsgeber f\u00fcr den Wachstumsanstieg bei der Butter (+21\u00a0%). Hier lockt irische Butter aus Weidehaltung auch weiterhin neue Kunden an. Auch beim K\u00e4se war Europa 2021 ein Haupttreiber mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Exporten in H\u00f6he von mehr als 50 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Die Nachfrage nach Casein war im vergangenen Jahr sehr hoch und die Preise lagen auf Rekordniveau. Davon konnte Irland profitieren: Der Exportwert dieser Produktkategorie stieg um 100 Millionen Euro und n\u00e4hert sich derzeit einem Volumen von einer halben Milliarde Euro pro Jahr. Auch Molke hat sehr positiv performt und konnte Rekordzahlen bei den Ausfuhren verzeichnen: Die Exporte stiegen im Vergleich zu 2021 um 63 Millionen Euro auf 266 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend die globalen Aussichten f\u00fcr das Jahr 2022 \u00fcber alle Lebensmittelbereiche hinweg unsicher sind, wird davon ausgegangen, dass die irischen Milchlieferungen stabil bleiben.
