Naast de viering van de wereldwijd bekende Ierse feestdag, markeerde het evenement ook het <strong>20-jarig bestaan van de Chefs\u2019 Irish Beef Club (CIBC)<\/strong>, een netwerk van topchefs met een hart voor Ierland en Iers rundvlees.<\/p>\n<p>De Chefs\u2019 Irish Beef Club staat bekend als een levendige, internationale club van bekroonde chefs. De club is actief in 8 landen en telt 80 leden. Tijdens de St Patrick\u2019s Day-viering verwelkomde de Nederlandse tak van de club een nieuw lid: de gerenommeerde chef-kok <strong>Egon van Hoof<\/strong>. Hij bestiert de keuken en is eigenaar van <strong>MOS Amsterdam<\/strong>, waar het event plaatsvond. Zijn inauguratie onderstreept de<strong> hoge kwaliteit van de Ierse producten<\/strong> en producenten. Iers eten en drinken wordt vertrouwd door enkele van de meest gerespecteerde chef-koks en experts in de Nederlandse horeca. Tijdens het evenement kwam niet alleen Iers <strong>rundvlees<\/strong> uit de MOS-keuken, maar ook Ierse<strong> zuivel<\/strong>, <strong>schaaldieren en whiskey<\/strong>. Irish M\u00f3r oesters, Do Me a Flavour&#8217;s klavervormige grasgevoerde boter en Cooleney kaas stonden op het menu. De Legendary Silkie whisky van Sliabh Liag bood de gasten een rokerige traktatie na het diner. De club is uitgegroeid tot een dynamisch podium voor topchefs om ervaringen en kennis te delen en als ambassadeurs de hoge kwaliteit van Iers eten te benadrukken.<\/p>\n<p>De chefs geven regelmatig workshops tijdens unieke evenementen in Nederland, en gaan samen op een tweejaarlijkse, informele studiereis naar Ierland om met eigen ogen te zien hoe de Ieren hun duurzame, culinaire voedingsmiddelen produceren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-37105 aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Untitled-design-1.svg\" alt=\"Wide-shot-image-of-all-of-the-members-of-the-The-Chefs-Irish-Beef-Club\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Fan van Iers rundvlees<\/strong><br \/>\nEgon van Hoof&#8217;s toewijding aan kwaliteit en innovatie heeft restaurant MOS binnen anderhalf jaar een Michelinster opgeleverd. Restaurant MOS Amsterdam staat bekend om zowel de gastronomische beleving als het adembenemende uitzicht over het IJ. &#8220;Ik heb vaak Iers rundvlees op het menu staan,&#8221; zegt Van Hoof. &#8220;Ik ben er altijd fan van geweest.
