Arun and Olive created Green Saffron back in 2004 at the Midleton farmers market. Green Saffron began from the ground up, growing from a stall at local farmers markets to supplying ambient and chilled produce into supermarkets nationwide. Arun began by asking his cousin in India to send over some spices for him to sell at the local farmers market. Since then we have continued to work with local farmers and communities in India, sourcing the freshest and finest spices, and bringing them on to the supermarket shelves for Irish consumers.
