I am a qualified pastry chef, trained 5 years in France where I am originally comes from, dedicated my passion to desserts and traditional patisseries.
We have built our business starting with novelty cakes, then quickly we've become trading at local markets and fairs, farmers market... we have now entered our 3rd year of market trading, giving us more opportunities to try bigger shows. Great feedback at anytime and anywhere we go.
