Over one thousand consumers in both the Irish and UK markets where interviewed to understand their key sustainability attitudes. The report also investigated the behaviours of shoppers and the key sustainability attributes consumers of prepared consumer foods are willing to pay a premium for. The presentation seeks to provide insights on the areas of sustainability which resonate best with consumers in Ireland and the UK, as well as insights on the global sustainability agenda.
