Dingle Distillery was founded in 2012 by three friends — Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley — who first made their name in Ireland’s craft beer scene. Independent to the core, they set out to do something different: bring whiskey back to small-batch distilling and hand-crafted maturation. They chose Dingle not just for its beauty, but for its spirit — a place where community matters and doing things the right way still counts.
