Durrus Cheese is a family-run business based in West Cork since 1979.

Jeffa Gill is one of the earliest established cheesemakers in Ireland. Today, her daughter Sarah Hennessy, continues to carefully handcraft their award-winning cheeses on the hillside farm in West Cork.

Produced using the freshest milk from a single local herd, the Durrus Cheese range can be found on good cheese counters across Ireland, the UK, USA as well as Australia.
The cheese continues to win awards at both national and international level, most recently receiving Gold from the British and Irish Cheese Awards and 3 Gold Stars for the Durrus Óg at the Great Taste Awards.
