We have two slaughtering and 3 deboning plants, slaughtering and deboning in takes place in Edenderry and Roscrea and our deboning facility is in Clara. In addition, we have production facilities in Cavan and Jamestown. We have our own Curing Facility where we cure product for all major retailers in Ireland. Currently slaughtering 55% approx. of weekly kill, we sell to both home market and have full accreditation to supply all major international Markets.
Our strategy is to continuously upgrade our plants using the latest technology.
Our efficiency, flexibility and investment in best practice give us the edge in being the leading player within the industry. We continuously seek new and innovative ways to produce top quality meat products. It is these principles that keep us ahead of our competitors.
