ounded in 1988 by Denis Good as a small family-run fishmonger, Good’s of Cork has grown into an award-winning seafood producer with a proud reputation for quality, innovation, and integrity. Now celebrating 36 years in business, we employ over 100 dedicated staff and operate three retail fishmonger locations across Ireland.
Our strong, long-term partnerships with Irish, European, and global suppliers ensure a consistent supply of premium seafood products.
Operating from our newly opened BRC AA-accredited facility, we have expanded our capabilities to include fresh and frozen prepacked seafood—both natural and value-added—serving the retail, foodservice, and wholesale sectors in Ireland and international markets. The new facility also provides increased capacity for larger production volumes and enhanced hot and cold smoking operations, allowing us to meet growing demand with flexibility and precision.
