Trudie's Kitchen provides Leinster & Munster with homemade salads and sandwiches, & wraps to the Catering & Retail trade. Tesco, Musgraves, Dunne's stores and Johnstown Castle are all customers. Trudie's have won numerous National Awards for Food Hygiene and Quality systems. Trudie's have been winners of Wexford business awards and finalists in SFA on 2 occasions.Trudie's have retained Origin Green in 2021 &2 022. Trudie & family and team are constantly improving our systems and operations and are current in the changing market supplying GF products, Vegan and Vegetarian salads. Trudie's have had 3 Nationwide offerings with Grow with Aldi and are now CB with Musgraves following a 2 year application process.

Trudie's have a range of GF salads, Vegetarian & Vegan products and have a slimming world salad on sale in the region supported by the Slimming world leaders in Wexford, Gorey, New Ross, Kilkenny & Enniscorthy.
