Coole Swan is a family business, owned and managed by husband and wife team Mary Sadlier and Philip Brady. They are constantly juggling the excitement of running a business while raising their three daughters.
Ten years ago, the family set out to make the world's most tantalising cream liqueur. It is a unique blend of single malt Irish whiskey, Belgian white chocolate and light fresh cream from the family farm.
