The O'Malley family farm, spanning five generations, is nestled in the hills between Westport and Leenane. A true family affair, every generation has played a part — from Eddie’s parents to young Jack himself.

That same family dedication goes into everything we make. Using 100% Irish pork and a secret family recipe passed down through the years, we craft our sausages and puddings from only the finest bord bia certified cuts.

At Jack & Eddie’s, we keep things simple — proper Irish food made the right way. No shortcuts, no nonsense — just really good taste you can trust.

Why Us

Eddie is a farmer at heart but has always been concerned with the difficulty of making a living from farming. With many locals interested in tasting the produce, Eddie decided to start making sausages. This allows Eddie to continue to make a living from the farm and give you a taste of the delicious produce. The farm is Bord Bia Certified and uses conventional farming techniques.
