No short cuts are taken and only 100% Bord Bia Quality assured pork is used in meat products that are slow-cure on site, unlike mass produced products that are generally cured in transit. The product range is targeted at both the retail and catering/food service sectors. Currently products are listed and supplied to a range of multiple supermarkets both through our own deliveries and central distribution as well
