Camogie star Una O'Dwyer owns and manages a sausage brand in Co Tipperary - Una O'Dwyer Fine Foods. Una's family have a long tradition in butchery and so it was no suprise that Una, using her fathers recipe, began production from a purpose built facility in Co Tipperary. The range includes gourmet sausages and breakfast puddings. Products have received four gold medals at the Great Taste Awards in London. Taste and quality are core to the Una O'Dwyer brand philosophy. All sausage products contain 100% Irish pork with added spices and herbs and are packed in natural skins which give a softer and better tasting texture. All products are handmade (using natural skins means that all sausages have to be hand linked).
