In 1983 Ina Broderick started baking & selling cakes from her family home in Dublin to local cafes & outlets. As Ina's reputation grew so did her business, creating quality, handmade and great tasting cakes, muffins & traybake. Now Ina has her family join her in the business, sons Bernard & Barry managing the business now for nearly 30 years, employing over 100 people. While still following Ina’s handmade recipes creating quality, and great tasting products remain at the heart of the Broderick’s business.

All of our products are lovingly handmade in Dublin by our extended family. We only use the best ingredients, a special combination of milk & dark Belgium chocolate in all our treats – super chocolatey and super creamy! We actually make our own caramel as only handmade caramel delivers the taste we need
