Our story began in 1893 when visionary local farmers united to add value to their production and secure their families' economic future. Mullinahone Co-operative has since grown, expanding into multiple business units, including Compsey Creamery, established in 1985. From the outset, we have been dedicated to crafting exceptional dairy products that embody our heritage and high standards.
