BiaSol was founded with sustainability at its core. We rescue malted barley from Irish breweries and upcycle it into nutritious, high fibre foods, reducing carbon emissions by 25% and cutting land and water use by over 99% compared to conventional crops. Our products are produced in a BRC-certified facility in Tullamore with a zero-waste approach. BiaSol is part of the EIT Food Waste2Plate programme and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation Food Redesign Challenge, reflecting our commitment to circular food production and sustainable innovation.
