Achill Island Distillers remains one of the few Irish-owned and family-run distilleries in the country. Our mission is to produce exceptional spirits that capture the purity and spirit of Achill Island, focusing on long fermentation and a unique island maturation climate that enhances flavour and character. For the domestic market, we also craft Keem Bay Gin, Akill Vodka, and Bodán Poitín. In addition, the distillery specializes in the creation of bespoke whiskey, gin, and vodka for both domestic and international partners.
