The Fusco name has been synonymous with cakes and desserts for over 50 years. It produces private label and own-brand desserts for both the Retail and Food service markets.

We opened a second 3500 square meter facility to enable us to continue to meet the growing demand from our global customer base of our award winning meringue cream roulade products. We supply Coles in Australia, Lidl in 6 markets in Europe, Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Aldi among others in the Dutch market as well as a strong Food service market for these products in the UK, Ireland and France.

As well as roulade based products, Fusco Foods produces a wide range of other foodservice and retail products. Some of the most popular lines supplied throughout Ireland and parts of the UK include its Death by Chocolate (using rich dark chocolate), apple pies (using Armagh bramley apples), cheesecakes (using full fat cream cheese). We have recently developed a new range of premium hand-crafted meringue pavlova stack products which we believe will offer the retail customer a fantastic centre-piece dessert.
