From humble beginnings at his kitchen table, Pastry Chef Robert Bullock has taken an idea and developed it into a thriving, multi award winning patisserie business.

With the support of his talented team of patisserie chefs, Le Patissier produces in excess of two million handmade desserts and patisserie annually. All products are made from scratch, using only the finest Irish ingredients where possible.

Production is run from a purpose built kitchen supplying clients within the food service, hotel, and airline sectors. Le Patissier is known within the industry for delivering premium desserts, in high volumes whilst maintaining superior quality.
