Two Irish suppliers were displayed in the Idea Supermarket; Glenilen for their Live Yoghurt with Irish Blackberry and Strawberry and East Coast Bakehouse for their Vegan Cookies in 4 different flavours. Other key private label trends from the show also included protein alternatives as well as sustainable and reduced packaging.
