SIAL Paris 2026

SIAL Paris is the largest food and beverage fair in the world and takes place every 2 years with the last edition taking place in 2024. It is a leading food fair for the retail trade, food service and catering market spanning 10 food industry sectors across 10 halls. It is an important trade fair for both targeting new markets and consolidating existing. The organisers anticipate 285,000 plus trade visitors from over 205 countries, including 70% international. Attending visitors include retailers, importers, buyers and tastemakers.
