"Margaret and Celine began making artisan patisserie goods and desserts for hotels and restaurants in 1998, proudly upholding Margaret's family heritage in baking which dated back to the 1930s.
Today its entire range remains handmade by a team of highly-skilled patissiers in its new purposed built confectionery factory in Naas, Co. Kildare. Couveture has now moved into retail and airlines along with holding its excellent existing business within foodservice.
The company now manufactures over 15,000 desserts per day from its new home in Naas, and have planned to expand into the US market in 2019."
