OUR INNOVATIONS 1. CRUNCHY CHEESE Crunchy Cheese is a new type of snack that is made from cheese that is cooked and puffed. The products have a great taste, superb crunch and a healthy nutritional profile. They are an ambient product (do not require refrigeration) and have a shelf-life of 7-12 months • CheeseO’s® is produced using young Cheddar with added seasonings and is available in a range of 4 popular flavours including: Cheddar, Cheese & Onion, Salt & Vinegar, and Pickled Onion. • Caisnuá® is a premium product, produced using mature Cheddar with spices including Chilli or Black Pepper. These spices are mixed with the cheese before the cooking process.

• Irish Cheddar is the best quality in the northern hemisphere as our cows are out on the fields eating grass for almost the whole year.
• Our technology produces a “puff” during the cooking process that gives a better texture than other technologies.
• Cheese is a natural product that varies over time and from batch to batch, but we have developed considerable expertise at managing this variation over the last 8 years to ensure that we can produce high quality products every time.
• Our products are just cheese – no added cheese powders or whey proteins that some manufacturers add.
2. MILK BARS
We have developed a “world-first” hand-held milk bars, made from 100% naturally-sourced ingredients. They are a refrigerated product with 80 days shelf-life.
