Anuga 2025

Anuga, the largest trade fair for the international food industry will take place in Cologne October 4th – 8th 2025. This important food fair takes place every two years and will bring together a comprehensive spectrum of foods and beverages from around the world, akin to 10 trade shows under one roof. Visitor numbers to Anuga in 2023 were 140,000 from 200 countries. The key themes for Anuga 2025 continue to reflect the importance of Sustainability and how environmental awareness characterises the market, and in addition the increasing emphasis on personalised food amongst other key trends.
