Dawn Farms offers a one-stop-shop solution to the B2B market, including customised cooked proteins for pizza, sandwich, snacks and ready meals. All products are produced in its state-of-the-art facilities, which includes two production sites in Ireland - both of which are certified halal - and a third in Northampton. Food innovation is an essential element of the business and every facility offers a best-in-class Meat Science & Innovation Centre.
The 'quest for health and wellness' and 'sustainable lives' are incorporated in all new product development. As a result, all Dawn Farms products are 100% free from artificial colours, hydrogenated fats, palm oil, nuts and MSG.
The company is also developing new products in line with the latest EU regulations, including the UK Food Standards Agency salt targets. In 2016, Dawn Farms launched its new 'Cooked Cuts by Dawn Farms' range of ready-to-eat cooked pizza toppings, sandwich and salad meats for the foodservice channel.
Dawn Farms is a founding member of Bord Bia's Origin Green sustainability programme and has made significant improvements in its environmental footprint, such as achieving zero waste to landfill status.
Consumer insight-led innovation is a key ingredient in all Dawn Farms products and each of its sites hosts a best-in-class Meat Science & Innovation Centre. In addition, Dawn Farms is proactive in working with it customers on the development of innovative and successful concepts.
