Operating within a 15 county catchment area across Ireland, fresh milk is collected on a daily basis from approximately 2,500 family farms.

Using unrivalled expertise and state-of-the-art machinery, the company processes over one billion litres of milk annually into a wide range of value-added dairy foodservice products and functional dairy food ingredients, which are then exported to over 70 countries.

Its dedicated research and development teams work collaboratively with customers to bring new products to market, working in tandem with its sales and marketing teams to identify future trends and market opportunities.
