O' Brien Fine Foods are a family run business based in Timahoe, Co. Kildare specialising in the manufacture and marketing of premium meats. We supply both branded and private label ranges to retailers across Ireland and the UK from our four manufacturing sites in Timahoe Co. Kildare, Rathowen Co. Westmeath, Leytonstone in London and Leeming Bar in North Yorkshire. Our brands include Brady Family, a household name and Ireland’s No. 1 cooked meats brand, Green Farm, Ireland’s No 1 white meat brand and Bearfields of London, a traditional ham and gammon business in the UK, under which we have recently launched a retail range in Tesco UK. Beginning with a team of 18 colleagues, our business now employs over 600 people, the majority of whom are based at our Timahoe site in Co. Kildare. 60% of these roles are manufacturing based with the remainder in management and functional roles across a broad range of disciplines including procurement, supply chain, technical, sustainability, sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and IT. We are market leaders and are committed to leading innovation and operating at the forefront of our industry, while ensuring that our purpose, which is to bring better quality food to everyone, every day, is at the heart of everything we do.
