Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese is a family owned business providing a selection of brie and cheddar cheese to retail, foodservice and export markets established in 2005. Wicklow Blue and Wicklow Bán are handmade by John and his daughter Mary, who oversee all cheese making to ensure that the quality is just right. St. Kevin’s brick brie for the catering industry is also now available. With the demand growing for high quality cheeses, John has expanded to manufacture a selection of cheddars to compliment the Wicklow Blue and Bán – Plain Cheddar, Cheddar with Tomato & Herb, Cheddar with Basil & Garlic, Cheddar with Nettle & Chive and Wicklow Gold Beechwood Smoked Cheddar. A well-established company providing a selection of brie & cheddar cheese to Retail, Food services and export markets.
Wicklow cheese is now manufacturing Carrigbyrne, St. Killian Cheese; large and small wheels. Also, Wicklow Farmhouse Cheese has launched Simply Better Bán in Dunnes Stores. In December 21 we launched our new addition "Wicklow Baked Bán" for Dunnes stores.- a brie cheese in ceramic dish for baking.

Why Us

This 100% Irish company uses milk from its own herd of Friesian cows. All cheeses are handmade in small batches in order to maintain quality, with no artificial flavours or preservatives added.
