Anuga, the largest trade fair for the international food industry will take place in Cologne from 7-11 October 2023. This important food fair takes place every two years and will bring together a comprehensive spectrum of foods and beverages from around the world, akin to 10 trade shows under one roof. Visitor numbers to Anuga in 2019 and 2021 were 169,653 and 69,549 respectively. The key theme of Anuga 2023 is Sustainable Growth – moving towards a more sustainable food future together with the industry. 2023 expects a return to 90% international exhibitors.
The Origin Green Ireland participation at Anuga 2023 will take up a total of 598 sqm over 3 halls – meat, dairy and frozen food. A total of 15 companies will be represented at the various Origin Green stands.
